Data serves as the foundation for energy management analysis. For each type of building, the required data metrics are divided into two major categories: basic building information data and energy consumption data. The analytical basis of the energy management system comes from the collection of various energy consumption data within the building. Depending on the functional areas and system design of the building, selective data collection is carried out to meet the analytical needs of the energy management system. The Building Energy Consumption Monitoring System (GEM-View) enables basic functions such as meter reading, monitoring, categorized energy consumption analysis, and payment (arrears) management for electricity, water, cooling/heat, natural gas, and other building energy uses. It aims to provide owners or property managers with tools for refined management, improving management efficiency and standards while reducing operational and maintenance costs.

The system uses a web-based approach to connect to large screens, displaying all summarized information that users need to see. The interface is visually stunning with realistic animation effects, and notably, unlike common image formats, it presents all aggregated data in a dynamic manner. The large-screen display UI can be customized in content and layout according to customer requirements, and it adapts to the screen's resolution, size, and arrangement. Users can view all basic data, exception information, and alarm details directly from the large screen through a "View Details" button, allowing seamless navigation from the display page to detailed data pages.
